  • Thank you Ally for all your support and expertise in finding the best hospitals to send me to for multiple extended contracts

  • I was very privileged to be sent to a very remote community for my first experience. It was the most amazing experience ever! What made it special was the people i met along the way. For the first time in my nursing career, I felt that I could and had made a difference. I’ve been back many times since. I have worked with Danny at 2XM Healthcare on many contracts now and find them to be very knonwledgable and supportive. If you are pondering a rural and remote contract - do it - you won't regret it. Do it with 2XM Healthcare!

  • Working with 2XM Healthcare was my first ever experience of Rural and Remote Nursing. They were very communicative and gave me various options, talking me through the benefits and things to consider for each option. I have had a wonderful experience of rural nursing and total support from 2XM Healthcare. I chose to work in a small regional hospital with 9 beds & 1 resus room. I was picked up from the airport, the accommodation excellent, I cannot fault them. I have now worked multiple contracts through 2XM and wish I had done it years ago!

  • Lana was friendly, warm and experienced. She made the experience feel a lot easier and made sure I was supported along the way. As a first timer to the casual / rural work field she made my transition smooth!

  • My experience with 2XM has been second to none. Having worked as an agency ED nurse for many years with various other agencies – I’ve finally found 2XM Healthcare and finally found Ally. Any agency nurse will know that having a reliable, prompt, contactable, and approachable reference point in the agency is paramount to success, and I got it! Ally is my recruitment consultant who is always on the other end of the phone to discuss anything and everything – or even just to have a laugh. Now my regional experience – Meekatharra! What a gorgeous little town filled with so much character. I love small country communities, the cliché “where everyone knows your name”, but it’s true! I’ve been welcomed into this community with open arms. I am very passionate about Aboriginal health and healing country. The chance to work in such a remote community has taught me so much about culture, country, and spirit! Secondary to that, the Murchison region is astonishingly gorgeous!
