Multiple regional and rural hospitals in New South Wales in sought after locations looking for experienced scrub/scout Registered Nurses. You will be expected to be part of an effective surgical team. These roles will be on a full-time rostered basis with rostered days off. We are looking for Nurses that understand this environment and that will be able to hit the ground running. We are open to different surgical specialisms within reason and our clients are looking for Nurses to start immediately.
Duties & responsibilities
- Set up operating rooms
- Surgical scrubbing, gowning and gloving
- Ensure all tools are sterile and ready to use
- Use and handling of instruments, sharps and equipment
- General ward duties
Skills & Experience
- Relevant and recent experience as a scrub/scout theatre nurse
- Several years' experience in the specialism
- AHPRA Registration with no restrictions
- Full Australian Working Rights
