The Aged Care facility is a MPS based regionally within the Midwest region of Western Australia. The facility is a 10-bed facility that has a fairly high acuity of Aged Care Residents within the facility.
About the role
This facility is a regional MPS site that has a small ED and Aged Care contingent. There are 10 residents currently and the majority have high acuity needs so we are looking for experienced Registered Nurses that can focus on providing the best possible care, encourages independence and promote well-being. There will be a small element of opportunity to help within Emergency if the need arises.
Requirements
Along with having strong values and passion for making a difference, you will be a strong communicator and have the following:
- AHPRA Registration with no limitations
- Aged Care experience
- Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
- Experience of working with high acuity Aged Care Residents
- NPC (obtained within the last twelve months)
- Current influenza and COVID vaccinations
- Agency Rates
- Flexible contract lengths
- Accommodation subsidised
