Selection Criteria
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Held an AHPRA registration for several years
- Proven professional and ethical boundaries within a work setting
- Experience of evidence-based practice and critical thinking
- The ability to manage conflict
- Evidence of working within working within a Medical Ward previously
