We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Clinical Coordinators who are looking to take up a permanent position in Brisbane.
Our client is looking for an experienced and clinically strong Clinical Coordinators who are experienced in Aged Care to join their fast-paced and dynamic team.
As a Clinical Coordinator you will;
- ensure aged care clients and clinical employees are supported
- Be responsible for case management, clinical governance, ACFI, rostering, and staff management
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision of care teams including Nurses, Personal Carers & Allied Health staff

About you:
- Unrestricted and up to date AHPRA registration
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, accreditation and ACFI
- Right to work in Australia without any restrictions (Sponsorship available)
- Available for all shift types
- Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
- Evidence of up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations
- Motivated by delivering excellent service and care to patients
- A high standard of clinical knowledge
- Willing to learn and further educate
