What we're looking for:
- Unrestricted AHPRA Registration - Must be a Registered Nurse
- Availability to work full-time
- Experience at leading and motivating clinical teams in a senior clinical position is essential as a Care Manager
- Experience and extensive knowledge of clinical assessments, care plans, ACFI and accreditation compliance and documentation
- A confident team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills that has a passion for leading clinical outcomes
Role entailments:
- Key role in leading the care team to accurately record information in accordance with all organisational and legislative requirements
- Oversee and monitor facility medication management practices and processed
- Assist in the management and monitoring of all facility complaints and the associated resolution procesS
- Support the admission of new residents to facilities for optimal care assessments and initial consultations with resident and families
